Ocean Tankers Holdings Public Company Limited was incorporated in Cyprus on 30th June 2005 as a private limited company in conformity with the Cyprus Companies Law. The main target of the Company is to be established as a major player in the field of ownership and management of tankers and other shipping markets. In an Annual General Meeting on 3rd November 2005, it was decided that the Company is to be converted from a private to a public limited company with modification of the articles of association for the purpose of submitting the Company’s application to the Cyprus Stock Exchange for the introduction its titles on the Cyprus Stock Exchange.


Ocean Tankers Holdings Public Company Limited is the holding company of the Group which consists of sixteen ship-owning companies:


a)

 NAVKIOS Maritime Co Ltd is registered in Cyprus and owns the tanker M/T NAVKIOS  (year of build 2005, dwt 7.500).

  
b)

Eleoussa Maritime Co Ltd who is registered in Cyprus and owns the tanker M/T Eleousa Trikoukiotissa (year of build 2000, dwt 4.500)
c)

LIMI Maritime Company Ltd is registered in Cyprus and owns the tanker M/T Limi (year of build 1997, dwt 8.055).
d)

Kalia Maritime Company Limited is registered in Cyprus and owns the tanker M/T Kalia (year of built 1999, dwt 5780)
e)

Lisa Maritime Company Limitred is registered in Cyprus and Owns the newbuilding tanker M/T Lisa (year of built 2007, dwt 4200)
f) Marim Maritime Company Limited is registered in Cyprus and owns the newbuilding tanker M/T Marim (year of built 2007, dwt 4200)
g) Berengaria Maritime Company Limited is registered in Malta and owns the Oil tankers M/T Berengaria (year of built 2001, dwt20000
h) Prodromi Maritime Company Limited is registered in Malta and owns the Oil Tanker M/T Prodromi (year of built 2000, dwt20000
i) Green Forest Maritime company Limited is registered in Malta and owns the Oil Tanker M/T Green Forest (year of built 2000, dwt20000)
j) Frachtis Maritime Company Limited is registered in Malta and owns the Oil Tanker M/T Frachtis (year of built 1997, dwt15000)
k) Anefani Maritime Company Limited is registered in Malta and owns the Oil Tanker M/T Anefani (year of built 1998, dwt15000)
l) Hartzi Maritime Company Limited is registered in Malta and owns  the Oil Tanker M/T Hartzi in  (year of built 1999, dwt15000)
m) Skledros Maritime Company Limited is registered in Malta and owns the Oil Tanker M/T Skledros  (year of built 1999, dwt15000)

 
Tankers to Be Delivered:

A) Stavrodromi Maritime Company Limited is registered in Malta and will take delivery of  the Oil Tanker M/T Stavrodromi in March/april 2008 (year of built 1999, dwt15000)

Newbuildings in progress:

a)

Vasi Maritime Company Limited is registered in Cyprus and owns the newbuilding tanker M/T Vasi (time of delivery: December 2008, dwt 12800)

  
b)

Gemi Maritime Company Limited is registered in Cyprus and owns the newbuilding M/T Gemi (time of delivery July 2008, dwt 12800)

OBJECTIVE OF THE COMPANY
The Company’s objective is the expansion and the maximization of the operating income and investment performance via the selective acquisitions of new ships and the third party charters, with high quality modern ships.


The Strategy of the Group after the listing of the Company on the Cyprus Stock Exchange is the absorption of funds through an Initial Public Offering and the raising of approximately $13,38 million of capital for expansion purposes of its operations and the increase of tonnage of the Company. The Company will always have as criterion for these expansion actions the maximisation of return for its shareholders.
