He is 50 years old and has more than 30 years experience in Shipping. He began his career in Troodos Shipping Company Limited, where he was the Executive president and CEO of the Company. Later he joined LMZ Transoil where he was the managing Director. In 1995 he established Admibros Shipmanagement Company Limited which has under his ownership and management bulk carriers. In 2005, Ocean Tankers Holdings Public Company Limited was established by Mr. Michael Ioannides and within a period of 6 months the company successfully listed in the Cyprus Stock Exchange. He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers.He is also the founder of the Cyprus union of Shipowners, the Founder of the Cyprus marine Club and the publisher of “EUROSHIP”, the first shipping magazine of Cyprus.
Mr. George M. Ioannides is the Vice-President and Secretary of Ocean Tankers Holdings Public Company Limited. He is 28 years old with five years experience in Shipping. He studied Accounting & Economics and he holds an MSc in Shipping Trade and Finance. He is also a director and Financial Controller of Admibros Shipmanagement Co. Ltd and the financial analyst of “EUROSHIP” the first shipping magazine in Cyprus.Mr. Chrysostomos Chrysostomou is the Financial Manager of Ocean Tankers Holdings Public Company Limited. He is 44 years old with 18 years of experience in shipping economics and finance. He started his career in Troodos Shipping Company Limited as a shipping accountant and then he was employed for 13 years in Intership as a Chief accountant. In 2005 he joined Ocean Tankers as a Financial Manager and Executive Director.
Mr. Antonis Ioannides is a non executive dependent director of Ocean Tankers Holdings Public Company Limited. He is 54 years old with more than 30 years of extensive experience in shipping. During his career he has been in managerial position in various shipping companies such as Troodos Shipping Company Limited, Moundreas shjipping SA etc. Currently he is the commercial director and General Manager of Admibros shipmanagement Co. Ltd in Greece. He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers and has a vast experience in the fields of Claims, chartering, Shipping Law etc.
Mr. Daniel Ioannides is a non executive dependent director of Ocean Tankers Holdings Public Company Limited. He is 57 years old with more than 35 years of experience in shipping. He has been throughout his careen a managerial executive for several shipping companies such as Troodos Shipping Company Limited, Lavar Shipping and Chartering, Seatankers Management Co. Ltd etc. Currently he is the Managing director of Admibros shipmanagement Co. Limited. He is a graduate of Mitsi Commercial School and he is fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers.
Mr. Michael Filippou is a non executive independent director of Ocean Tankers Holdings Public Company Limited. He studied shipping and Economics in Greek and American universities. He started hia career in Louis Cruise Lines as a purchasing and crew officer. Since 2005 he is the general manager of Cyprus union of Shipowners. Mr Michael Michael is a non executive independent director of Ocean Tankers Holdings Public Company Limited. He is 53 years old with more than 25 years of experience in shipping. From 1980 until 1985 he worked as a broker in various shipping companies and since 1995 he was appointed as an Executive President of Greenwich Brokerage Naviera S.A. Since 2004 he the Executive President of Polyar Shipping Co. Limited founder of which is Mr. Polys Hadjioannou. Mr. Michael is a graduate of Economics from Athens university.
Mr. Philippos Frangos is a non executive director of Ocean Tankers Holdings Public Company Limited. He is married with four children. He studied in the imperial College of London and in Birmingham University and he holds a BSc(Eng), MSc(Eng) and PhD degrees in the field of Electronic & Electrical Engineering. Since 1996 is a founding member and partner in Otis Elevator (Cyprus) Ltd, where he was the Managing Director from 1996 until 2005. He was also the Managing Director of X.BEREMIS - OTIS ABETE in Greece during the period 2000-2003. Since 2005 he is the president and Managing Director of FRANCO ENGINEERING & CONTRACTING LTD.Mr. Andrian D. Pace is married with three children. He was born and grown in Malta. He studied in the Institute of technology in Malta and since then he is for 21 years the Managing Director of the Company Phax Services Company Limited, which is a sister company of the law firm, Prof. J.M. Ganado & Associates. Phax Services Company Limited is a register company of vessels under Maltese flag.Mr. George A. Tsavliris was born in athens at 1948 and he is a father of five children. He studied in the University London university, from where he obtained his degrees in Law and in particular shipping Law. He is also a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers and of the Insitute of Arbitrators). Mr. Tsavliris is the managing Director of his family Business Tsavliris (HELLAS) Maritime Corp. S.a. and Tsavliris (Shipping) Ltd in London. In addition to this, he is a director in many other organisations and companies, such as the Wentworth Underwritting Ltd in London, President of CYMEPA, Director in the London Shipping Law centre, Director in the American Bureau of Shipping (ABS) etc.
